These guys are called Vaquarna and they reside on a watery planet called Aquarion. More info in the article

So project aside, we got the other Comic Arena bout here. Wiki v Majin is almost done after a fucking year of delay, my bad guys. Once this comic is uploaded, the project will be uploaded, then a new poll.
