Pathfinding in the works for the new version!

Okay so a lot of people complained about the enemies running in to walls and I'm going to try and fix this issue by completely redesigning how the enemies work and implement pathfinding! I've found a script I liked that finds the paths but I need to build the script that make using it easier as in make it so if I add an enemy it just works instead of me having to program AI for each enemy. Also I need to build the script that moves the object using an array of points which should be easy and this will also help me improve my animation controller so I can make cutscenes. All of this will take a long time to finish but it will be worth it. (I can use these features in other games too)

Another thing people complained about is the shooting mechanic. It's stiff and that makes it hard to aim. The way I'm going to fix this is by completely removing the current system. I'll be using an updated system that I used in my "tech demo" Task Force that's on my website. This new system uses the mouse and has full 360 degree shooting radius.

The last thing I have on my list right now is a complete overhaul on the menu system. Due to the old code and my skill level at the time the game either used keys tocontrol the menu or the ship acting like a mouse cursor which was fine at the time but since I'm redoing everything this is getting a completely redone.

Side note before I post this full screen is going to be the only option instead of that horrible windowed mode I used to use.
