Add a timer that will force players to wait before they can send an attack when it is their turn.
On average all attacks last for 8 seconds. I would add 12s or 14s timer that starts to count down when the player initiate an attack.
This solution will also give the Bullet Board enough time to properly retract and expand each turn. If you attack too quickly before the Bullet Board can retract, you can get hit by an invisible attack before the Bullet Board can expand to display attacks.
PvP bug fix idea: There is this bug in PvP where spells (and sometimes attacks) will not work if you send your attack too quickly when you get your turn.
I believe this problem can be fixed with this easy solution:
