Carmela helps by making rainy, stormy and snowy clouds on Moonlight City by using her Golden Stick. Her stick has little clouds forming on top of it and when she releases them she can control the size of them. The clouds form depending on her mood, if she's mad they turn into Thunder clouds and if she's happy they turn into snow clouds, and her stick also changes color depending on her mood like everyone else's tool/weapon.

Carmela is Alice's best friend and she helps her by making little rainy clouds to help the plants grow healthy when Alice sings to make them grow.
