RINSED - Devlog #16 / Changelog for 0.1.7

Hello there!

A new week, a new release. Let's get into what has changed!

First of all, a lot has been done to beautify the map. I bought a new shader that is now used for all vegetation in the game and allows for more beautiful wind effects and even reacts to players. This means walking through bushes and plants now makes them jiggle. At this moment not all plants are supported but I'm working on it!

Furthermore, as I already posted, Assets have been reworked. Pine Trees now look way more beautiful and the rock texture has seen a slight update.

Flowers pots and decorations have been added along with a few more small assets to furthermore enhance the villages and towns looks!

Now, let's get into the changelog:

-New shader for Vegetation

-Reworked Pine Trees

-Added Flowers and Flower Pots and smaller props

-Each Nation now comes with a perk

-Selecting a nation now shows a short text about the nation and its perk

-Updated Main Menue slightly

-Fixed Cave rain bug (thanks for reporting on the discord)

-Fixed a few audio stutters

-Fixed Caves not changing ambiance sounds on entering

-Added lilypads

-Fixed Navigation issue for River

Within the next weeks, more Assets will be updated. Currently, I'm reworking the interiors of all houses to be spacious and detailed. In addition to that, a new gameplay mechanic is planned and some crafting recipes will be tweaked.

I hope you enjoy the update and have a nice weekend!

Stay healthy!

-Felix

Its almost been a year since I developed "9:16" and im still proud of what I achieved! I tried to push the visuals to be as photorealistic as possible and keep the gameplay as immersive as I could. Give it a try and tell me what you think :)
