His name is Zhuksai, and he's just a sweet lil beetle priest with a taste for human flesh 
Being sarcastic of course, he's not sweet at all 
As mentioned in the paper, he's based off the Asian longhorn beetle and doesn't like humans very well.
His name is derived from the Russian word for beetle, жук [zhuk].
He also MIGHT have a love child with someone. Just maybe.
