Gacha Club Community Rules

Welcome to the Gacha Club Community! We're excited to have you here. This is a fun and safe space for children who love Gacha Club by Lunime. To ensure everyone has a positive experience, we've established these rules. By joining and participating in our community, you agree to abide by these rules:

1. Age Limit:

You must be at least 13 years old to join this community. If you're not the appropriate age, please refrain from participating.

2. Respectful Behavior:

Treat all members with kindness and respect. Bullying, harassing, using hate speech, or engaging in any form of disrespectful behavior is strictly prohibited.

3. No Inappropriate Content:

This is meant to be a safe environment for all members and so inappropriate content is not to be tolerated.

4. No Cyberbullying or Trolling:

Do not engage in cyberbullying, trolling, or any behavior intended to harm others emotionally or mentally. If you encounter such behavior, please report it immediately.

5. Privacy and Personal Information:

Never share personal information, such as full names, addresses, phone numbers, or social media accounts, with anyone in the community.

6. No Impersonation:

Do not impersonate other community members, staff, or famous personalities.

7. Original Content and Copyrighted Characters:

We encourage community members to share their original artwork, characters, and content. However, we understand that some may wish to use copyrighted characters from Gacha Club or other sources. If you decide to use copyrighted characters, please ensure you have obtained proper consent or have a valid reason, such as creating parodies.

1. Consent from the Rightful Owners: If you wish to use copyrighted characters from Gacha Club or any other copyrighted material, you must obtain explicit permission from the rightful owners. This applies to any fan art, fanfiction, or other content featuring copyrighted characters.

2. Parody and Fair Use: In some cases, using copyrighted characters may be allowed under the concept of parody and fair use. We have a dedicated moderation team that enforces these rules. They have the authority to take appropriate action against violators.

11. Consequences for Violations:

Breaking the rules may result in temporary or permanent bans from the community, depending on the severity of the offense.
