Dear Diary,
This song just hit for me, specifically the lyrics. I haven't finished the game the song was made for but that's besides the point.
Creating... it sure is something, isn't it? The fact that with our free will as humans we can create whatever we want. We could technically do whatever we want but we put laws on ourselves. Things that yes, allow for order and civilized society, but what if?
What if we didn't live that way, but instead just did... whatever? Just acted on impulse and nothing else? They say impulse is bad. But what if we embraced it, and did nothing but impulse? What would it be like? Would people get hurt? Would it be better than what we have today? Would people try to reassemble some form of order only for those impulses to destroy it?
I need a drink.
