When Savvy is left to search for an important piece to upgrade Beta's newest weapon, Zeta is able to break free from the ink to allow himself to roam and think freely, even making his own decisions.
But when he and Savvy have a close encounter, they find themselves in a rough patch when monsters start appearing from out of the darkness, forcing them to stick together and battle these creatures in order to survive...
