The Elder Smoky Progg (Otherwise known as a Dangger Boggerprogg) is what happens when a Progg Egg is exposed to Radiation, unlike a Pikmon, who evolved by itself, a Boggerprogg is a Mutated Progg.
Unlike a Pikmon, whose female counterpart lays seeds to be born into onions, Progg Eggs are instead formed from a Smoky Progg's residue Gloom, a Progg Egg can also be formed when a Boggerprogg dies from natural causes, not from dying from a Pikmin, Pikmon or any sort of intervenience that causes a death, only old age or disease.
A Boggerprogg can infact, fly, it's body mutated to levitate without the need to crawl, hense the loss of hands and limbs.
A White Pikmon can solidify the tail for a period of time, making it easier to kill, but a common white pikmin cannot, it'll die.
