Timer is now working, we have an options menu, and there is a gate to mark the end of the levels of this area. Should probably start on a second level so I can work on recording the high scores and transitioning between levels

It never fails that I have keyboard problems. Any computer I touch, keyboard issues. My other computer, the keyboard just randomly stop working. This computer, it will randomly not stop firing. So I could be typing away and then it will just keep going. That's exactly what happened here because there is no way I traversed the whole level with only 23 typed characters I built in a minor fail-safe for just such an eventuality, but it also kind of comes in handy for testing so I can just basically fly through the level and get to where I need to be

My other computer doesn't have such problems, so that will be my major testing ground once packages start getting released

Who's the richest of them all?

This guy. Because he has two fridges, two microwaves, two chest freezers, and four ovens

And let's not talk about the luxury bathroom

Almost done with Area 1. 4/7 levels completed. Started work on the home/interior sprites, ran into a minor logistics issue But if I get them outlined, I can polish and reimport later

Working on battles. A little different than last time, aesthetically, but still the same basic idea

Lots of modeling the last few days. Got some houses made, remade some of my terrain blocks (rebuilt the harbor), and started on the NPC models. Also worked on the battle system and the follower system, now with 1/10th the code but 10x more efficient

We have a question and we wanna know: What's the coolest easter egg you've ever seen in a game? Complete the quest and you'll get 100 Coins!

Ah, yes, Grandpa and Grandma's old farmhouse, with a million rooms, basement full of mason jars, and the old '57 Chevy in the garage

I mean, not my Gramma and Grampa, but someone's, right?

Battle State Machine is working Player chooses what to do, enemies choose what to do, and they even have variable rates of attack/defend/flee. Next step will be to actually start dealing damage
