Perspective now applies to the cutscene as well (projection or completely off)

The flashing hallucinations aren't visible for as long & their visibility has been Deltatimed
Fixed a bug where Kitty changed the camera if you were on her camera instead of causing Signal Lost when she moved
Bonnie and Kitty can now be in Cam 03
