No more wacky shit with Sugar (she sometimes wouldn't leave the hall even with the mask on for long enough)
Bonnie/Kitty/Sugar can finally no longer move to the vent if it's already occupied
More stalling has been implemented for Foxy, Puppet and the generator (note generator stalling is only for Hardest Generator) to reduce unfair RNG
