Updates on the Steam version of the game! Read the article and check out the sneak peak of the lobby room! Yes, the chat works. Does anyone else think it needs a voice chat through Steam?
Working on the networking. So far the "online" mode only works with local IPs, but that'll be changed soon!
As for other updates:
*Brought back controller support for the pause menus.
*When the controller is unplugged, the game actually pauses.
*Fixed some of the tutorial text.
I am aware that the demo's AI is not necessarily tip-top, but it is a training mode.

I am still working on the game and it's undergoing a ton of changes, like lighting, mechanics, etc. I did decide to keep using Godot 3.5 because the project as it stands is much more stable. Video and a new version will be uploaded soon!

Mae Borowski is the main character of Night in the Woods! It's an adventure game that tells the story of her return to her hometown of Possum Springs. She was confirmed as canonically pan in a social media post by the game's creator Scott Benson.
Made a few changes in the new release, including some AI adjustments, fixing a level being unplayable and I also corrected some Z-Layer issues.

I wanted to introduce some direction into the game, since a few of Blockhead 2D's mechanics weren't understandable. So, I made it so you must play through all 4 of the characters' tutorials in order to be able to play the rest of the game. Enjoy!
