Increased the leniancy of double-click prevention on monitor UI
Added double-click prevention to the heater redirects
The fast forward button on the broom closets tape player can now be pressed, playing the tape at 1.5x the normal speed (This has no added affects on Lefty and is simply just here to add extra challenge for those who want it)
Minireenas now play a laughter sound when spotted on one of the cameras
The Minireenas will no longer appear in either of the two left positions when on Toy Freddy's camera
