We are back! After not posting for a long time, I'd like to continue showing off what I've been working on for the game.
Currently, I am redesigning some characters, starting with Kars, the main pillarman!

Johnny's sprites made by Salami have been retouched to fit in with the HFTF art style of the game.

Hey, here is more progress on the game engine!
Sam is finishing up the lighting, menu and character mechanics, which will soon let us move on into implementing all of the characters in the game.

No suprise attacks
Mae Borowski is the main character of Night in the Woods! It's an adventure game that tells the story of her return to her hometown of Possum Springs. She was confirmed as canonically pan in a social media post by the game's creator Scott Benson.
Here is Johnny's first special move, where he can shoot a nail in one of eight directions!
This is Johnny's normal Stand On mode along with one of the normal attacks, which is a multi-hit drill type attack
