We have all been in shock over the recent news that Rooster Teeth is closing down and the future of RWBY's IP is in question. However, despite of recent events, Huntress of Vale will continue to keep moving forward!


A Big graphical overhaul!

With so much changes needed, I strongly felt the need to also revamp the games look and feel along with that to match this new and improved 'foundation' I built. Hence the Rebrand to "Ruby: Huntress of Vale" and with that a whole new UI. A new 'modern' looking UI for combat mode, nice accents, menus, and even new promotional images were done. Aside from that, There is all sorts of new stuff coming to the game:

Next up

Progress on Fight with a new Boss: White Fang Lieutenant. Note this is just a test, the actual event will be somewhat different in next release :)

Well everyone, this will be the day we've waited for. “Ruby: A RWBY Fangame” v1.7.8 is now released! This is a major content update, with new story, new music, new art, new enemies, and gameplay mechanics. So much so, I made a new Trailer for the game!

This will be the day we we've waited for! "Ruby: Huntress of Vale" v 2.0.2 is now Available! New Ui! New custom voice overs! New tweaked combat mechanics! Xbox controller support! Additional post chapter 3 content! And more!

With Ruby: Huntress of Vale I really wanted to build the game around the idea of fighting as a team, instead of fighting solo. First was the inclusion of AI controlled partners, next is the inclusion of tag in support! Coming soon!

I have exciting news! Synthetic Onslaught Is getting a revamp! A new Hub area, the return of the Fog of War, new enemies, etc! Read more below:

You may have noticed, but we are rebranding! "Ruby: A RWBY Fangame" is being renamed to "Ruby: Huntress of Vale"! Along with the name and logo changes, there is also UI and other changes coming as well!

Progress with playable Blake!

I always wanted to make an anime style intro for "Ruby: A RWBY Fangame". Now I have one! Built in-engine, like cut scenes of the old 8 & 16 bit era. To save system resources, I made this using existing sprites I already had in the game. Coming soon!

Finally progress on switching between Player control and AI control Partners! That means you will be able to control Weiss in nest update! Also a new custom made track inspired by Jeff Williams by: Dali Rakhimkulov
