Iron Man cosplay armor gloves are the hardest part to scale. Be ready to spend time on these. You may make several sets before you are happy.

Forearms are pretty straight forward. The lights you see are EL wire, I’ll use them much more later in the suit. They are AC powered which adds some fun to your wire harness.

There were no references for harnesses. Here you see my integrated harness system. There are better ways that I have learned about since (2017). There is a better H harness you can make.

Learn from my mistakes. I finished the Mk 45 helm first. I should have waited so the paints were better matched. I had to revisit the clear of the helm because I didn’t wait.

My Mk 45 upper arms. A sleeve system or buckle hangers work best for holding these to the suit or body suit. I used magnets, they were ok but not ideal.

My Mk 45 hand covers. They work best as a strap connected to the palm. Make sure it is elastic or has some give so you can flip your hand up.

My Iron Man Cosplay Armor helm and neck fit test. A head sock helps keep your ears and hair in check.

The original arc reactor and under sized chest plate. I changes my mind and wanted a newer looking (at the time) reactor. It’s yours, make it what you want, not what others tell you.
