Now it's time for Cartoon Network toons from the early 2000's. I've already did Mac & Bloo from a previous Toontober. I decided to do Wilt this time. :)

Toontober Day 16 - Grumpy Bear (2020)
Now we're getting into 80's cartoons. Grumpy Bear is my favorite out of all the Care Bears. He tells it like it is.

Toontober Day 16 - The Cat in the Hat
Days 16-18 are gonna be focusing on Dr. Seuss characters. I figured I draw the Cat in the Hat. :)
