Games in Cafe Dot

I noticed Lightning wasn't animating properly, like at all. It just instantly disappeared, so I've reworked it and gave it random duration!

Watch out!

Save file loading time improved!

First load is a fresh game, second is a previous save file being loaded.

I can probably get it down more, but this is without rearranging any code, just skipping over some unneeded bits.

Some #art I worked on for a gamejam some time ago! Wanted to share it since I vibe with the style of #medieval #lovecraft, rather that the usual victorian era.

#Game was jank, timeframe was small + everyone in our team was also working on their thesis :'D

Since I've added the Doctor NPC, I'm adding non-food based healing...do I have to figure out a new animation or just let the Goblins eat everything?

Reworked how NPC's find their Points of Interest and interact with them, here's the Archaeologist investigating the Ruins.

Since I added a fade in/out on death I've also added it to moving between floors!

Didn't add it to the Teleporter though...maybe that should have a white/blue fade instead?

Adding Cat/Mouse ears to portraits was the greatest idea I've ever had.

LOOK AT HOW CUTE THEY ARE.

If I ever find the time I'll animate them..
