Building Menu rework is DONE.
Correct indicators for placing and moving stuff, code cleaned up, redundancies removed, duplicate code turned into a script for reuse.

1I'm adding new stuff to build I decided to split the Build Menu into more parts e.g Lighting is it's own page.
That means I must update all the code that gets how refunds are done to. I made a couple scripts that can do them all. Now I just update those!
