World One in DogEmpire V.2.0

finally adding the battle system to world one.

with this progress, there will be something releasing this year.

World One Ultra State servers have been down for a day now and that is very very very annoying because we were supposed to host a testing session yesterday.

I always forget world one has source material and the games just an adaptation.

I’ll post some of it later this week with some improvements.
