Choose Life Over Suicide!
Core to our game is gradually experiencing how Will (who set out to help others) gradually becomes the one that needs help as his mental state slowly slips. One of the ways that we show this is through the dreams that he has.

Intro to this #WLIB week:
- An introduction to the dream system, a special mechanic that we use to show what is happening to Will's mental state
- A chat with the developer to find out exactly why he wanted to use pixel art
- A look at the first dream
One of the characters that you will eventually encounter in #WLIB is the Puppet Man. He doesn't know anymore if he's a human or a puppet. Most importantly, he doesn't like kids. He never did.

We found that simplicity was the best way forward for our game. Take the bridge, for example, it may be pixel art but the more you look at it, the more details spring out of it.

Wait! Life is Beautiful! – Progress update #6
This week we’d like to share what we have been working on and give you some fun work-in-progress teasers!
#DevUpdate #SuicidePrevention
We're working on a new animated trailer for #WLIB. It takes extra time to get everything correct, from the animation to the text - and for a game like ours - the text is one of the most challenging parts!

Did you know that we're on several platforms? You can also find #WLIB on Steam and Itch io! Are there any platforms that we've missed that you'd like to see us on?

Though we focus more on dialogue and text to tell the story of our game, the scenes also play a big role. What sort of interactions do you think Will will have when he comes here?

Hungry for more details about #WLIB? How about we do a review of what we’ve been doing in the last few weeks and also tease you with some previously unseen content?
Why do you think that people tend to shy away from talking about mental health issues? Is it because it's uncomfortable and people are afraid to face it, or is it because too many people do not know how to respond to it?
