General in Unsandboxed

I broke both deployments of the VM so no cool features until I can fix it, either by myself or with garbomuffin's assistance...
You can now select a brand new "Rainbow" accent in both TurboWarp and Unsandboxed.
And yes, they're here to stay. Happy Pride Month, everyone!

This is also the first Unsandboxed theme to persist even in dark mode! :)
running checks for full json compatibility now, just the final lint changes to go

Btw one feature I'm trying out for Unsandboxed is being able to lock lists.
No changes can be made to a list unless it's through the monitor itself.
You can only lock/unlock a list by clicking a padlock on the list monitor.
