I now fixed an issue where due to how countdowns on certain bullets work, the FPS would affect how they function. I now fixed this, meaning that all bullets function the same across framerates.
I decided to give Whispy Woods apples that bounce from the ground and use that to make two new attacks that give Whispy more variety in the attacks.
I decided to make sparing regular enemies more easy to do. A bit to compensate that while the player gets gear to become stronger, pacifist players can take less time using the best sparing path.
I hope this improves the flow of the game.
I now added the ability to Fuse certain items into new ones. Once you unlock the ability to fuse items you will find that option at save points, filling in the non avaiable RECRUITS menu. I think this helps the game being complete in a way.
I decided to give Bugzzy a new attack, one where three Bugzzy's dash towards you but one of them retreats leaving you a space to go through.
I added two variants of the small bullet with different designs. This one is designed around the Peacesign symbol King DDD has, and it hasn't been reflected in the attacks really so far. So I added that!

I added a new download to STARRUNE. Use this if you struggle finding the SECRET BOSS. While I do enjoy helping people with it via replying to comments, this will be a way for hopefully clearing some questions!
Day 2 of quality of life improvements.
The OW bullets now work again!
While all bullets now deal 48 damage instead of their individual value they now work and defeat you as normal!
Hey. I started working on some Quality of life stuff.
I plan to maybe release a small QOL update.
I started by making the hitbox of Kris smaller to allow for you to walk better through tight corridors.
