The React Prototype

To quickly validate the core mechanics, I initially built a web-based prototype using React. This version was crucial for testing the gameplay logic and user interface on a simple, accessible platform.

The journey started with a different goal: to build a robust test automation framework in C#. To test it, I needed a real project, and that’s how Chroma Bankshot was born.
