Just got back yesterday on Thanksgiving, until there was this made on the Unity Engine. Gave it a go, since you're back for 2 years after Tetris.EXE. I know I liked your previous game, but I hated the original Tetris game where you stack up as many until it was full, because otherwise it's game over except for the black phantom skeleton appearing on my screen. Sorry if I rage quitted because of the game over being normal and without something happening, but I'll try to think about doing another Tetris.EXE video, because otherwise I'll have a mental breakdown again like Luigikid. Made for the #LuigikidEXEChallenge2, DrMario.exe is a horror game and a 3D departure from the typical Exe genre, while still retaining a bit of the formula that makes the genre so great.
This game features non-dialogue storytelling/direction to keep it universal worldwide, linear event-based gameplay, and a bit of killer/survival gameplay.
PLEASE NOTE:
This game has jumpscares. Although light, I feel I'm obligated to warn you about this, so ya know, be safe and whatnot.

Small update. Made more apparent direction of what to do in the hospital, as well as a small performance boost. Fixed a couple bugs, despite them almost looking intentional.
Also made changes to the menu.
