What do you think?

El juego se ve muy bien, me ga gustado mucho el gameplay! este proyecto tiene mucho potencial, espero con ansias la actualizacion!

I like the style!
It's very different and new than other SCP fan games!

is scp-914 broken?

When I try to load a save game, it doesn't work.

Love it. Games like these ones are not just taking the origanal game and moding it or something like that, these are creating something NEW and FRESH. please continue making this!

SCP: The Cycle is a scary story-based game that is based on the lore of the SCP universe, you can read more about the general lore on this website: http://www.scp-wiki.net/

In this game, you play as a scientist working for the SCP Foundation.

You awaken in a dark office, sirens blaring, red lights flashing. It seems that something has gone wrong, but what has happened? You must get to safety quickly!

I don't want to reveal a lot about the story as that is this game's strongest point. I can however say that this game involves concepts of time traveling.

I've been working on the options menu for SCP-914. Each option will affect the way an item is processed.

- Rough: destroys an item

- Coarse: downgrades an item

- 1:1 - doesn't change anything

- Fine: upgrades an item

- Very Fine: random upgrade/downgrade

The new devlog video has just gone online. This week, I've been working on adding more sprites to the new artstyle, implementing SCP-914 and recreating the first chapter in the new artstyle.

New devlog is out for SCP: The Cycle. This week I've made quite some progress in converting to the new artstyle, I've been working on the NPC pathfinding system, and I've also gotten a new team member that will be doing some art and story writing.

Today has been a pretty productive day: i've converted some old sprites (locker, desk, rubbish bin) into the new style. I've also implemented Pathfinding AI for NPC's. It still needs some polish, but it works. I've also been polishing and bugfixing a bit.

A friend of mine wanted to make art for my game. His first task consisted of drawing the sprites for the Mobile Task Force units: Cadet (blue), Lieutenant(red) and Commander(purple). I think he's done an amazing job and I'm happy to have him on the team.

The most boring part about the art overhaul is finally complete. Let me tell you, it's pain to manually move the sprite 1 pixel each frame from almost 100 frames. Luckily this is all done and I can move on to the rest of the sprites.

The new devlog for SCP: The Cycle is online. This time, I've been working on an overhaul for the artstyle. I had an issue where the player was being drawn from the side, while the rest was being drawn from a top-down perspective.

New devlog is online. This time, the notes and chat logs have been added into the game. I've also been working on making the interaction system less wonky to use, and on top of that, I've been working on some sound design.

Today I've worked on the main menu of the game. It includes the chapters, options and and exit button. I've also added some background music: Unnatural Situation by Kevin MacLeod, and I've added red flashing lights to represent the alarms going off.
