Please answer my friend request!!!
This is a pretty nice concept.... maybe a few difficulty settings are in order as you may now be dead before you even had the change to seriously get focussed, and focus is very extremely important in a game like this. The choice of music is pretty good and fitting for a game like this, as is the choice of graphic style.
This is a nice way to test reaction with the QWERTY keyboard (which I fortunately use).
Perhaps you should note in your download description that the game uses an installer. The Game Jolt Client is not very fond of installers, and at least people know then they should use the website in stead of the client.
Oh yeah, I was giggling a bit when I read your disclaimer :P
A nice expansion can also be to add the Game Jolt API to your game in order to create leader boards. Now I played the game but other people would like to know if they were better than I was. The API can do this.
All in all this is a good concept, with a few improvements this can be a great concept. Three jolts from me... ;)

#An endless runner game where you teleport a ship in order to dodge lasers and destroy viruses.
(This game should work with any Windows pc. I have tested on a 8gb ram machine with a Intel Pentium core processor, but I’d imagine it would would with much weaker. It should also resize for any size screen. If you find it doesn’t, leave a comment wherever you downloaded this game!
Be warned, this game is designed for QWERTY keyboards only. If you use any other type of keyboard, expect unneeded challenge.)
‘Welcome to Virus Fall!
By downloading this game, you have chosen to test a new method of virus protection. In this piece of entertainment software, you will fly a virtual space ship through cyberspace, and attempt to rescue as many files as possible before the viruses destroy your ship.*’
Virus Fall is essentially an endless runner, in which you pilot a space ship which must dodge lasers, and destroy ‘viruses.*
What makes this game unique is the fact you dont pilot the ship directly, rather you must teleport the ship to 10 different positions by pressing one of the 10 top row alphabetic keys on a QWERTY keyboard. Points are gained by rescuing ‘files’ which are positioned between the lasers that come from bottom to top. You can take 4 hits from the lasers before you lose, and your total score is counted. Try to beat your high score, or challenge your friends and family!
*Disclaimer: This game does not contain actual viruses! The viruses in game may irritate and annoy, but they will not do any damage. The game also does not substitute for real virus protection. If you pc is infected with a virus elsewhere, seek technical support!
Controls:
You navigate the ship by pressing one of the alphabetic keys on the top row of a QWERTY keyboard. Doing so will move your ship to the position of said letter on screen. For example, if you press Q, you will move to Q on screen which is in the first grid space. Pressing R will move you to R, which is the fourth grid space, and so on!
You will also have to occasionally destroy viruses by pressing the number key shown above it.
On the main menu, you use W/UP and S/Down to navigate, and press Enter/Space to select. You can also use A/Left and D/Right to change the song that will play if that option is selected, as well as press M you mute the music entirely. Pressing C on the menu will also show you the credits.
Finally, pressing Esc at any point in the game will send you back to the menu.
