Baddies: Reloaded

STORY:

Are the streets of New York really dangerous as they say? Yes. Yes, it is. Friday Night Funkin' takes a grim walk down the streets of the Big Apple, and it's going to get messy.

BF and GF visits the cold and bustling city to host a meet and greet for their fans when one obsessed fan goes too far. What seems to be a innocent fan interaction becomes a living nightmare as the two are dragged down a criminal underworld; constantly on the run to survive and away from GF's ludicrous and demonic parents.

However in this cruel and grim city, you're not gonna make it out alone; you're going to need help from some new faces. Expect to get your hands a bit dirty this time around.

WEEK TWO IS OUT!

I don't even know when the last release was but it's been way too long. Since then, a lot of things had happened but nonetheless I wanted to bring back one more week with the new and improved team. If this does well enough, we may even do Week 3, but at that point... just hire me at this point, I'm dying. NOTE: there are some things i still have to add like more credits and remove a few debugging lines but it should be playable for you guys nonetheless.

Week 2 will follow in the footsteps of a new character, Lucy Zheng, an undercover cop looking to crack the case of what exactly happened in Time Square during Week 1. What she finds is an answer that isn't as simple as she thought.

So what can you expect in this update?

• New characters; all with their backgrounds that extends the plot.

• Plenty of additions to the game, including a What's New panel to update you on the changelog.

• Carlita comes into play and she has just opened her brand new Shop where players can buy Wallpapers and Lore by spending coins they've earned based on how well they play songs in the game.

• Previous songs reworked visually and logically.

• Added more thematic elements to make the game feel more pronounced. With this, comes more options to disable certain features and mess with things to your liking. (Or your computer's liking lol)

• Even more fancier graphics, scrumptious music, and even more reasons to get offended.

• All new Concept Gallery and Biography Menu: Showcases some of the works throughout the development of Week 1 and 2 and tells the lore behind some characters.

• Custom main menu music! Who doesn't love it when Megan The Stallion plays in the background of Baddies? You can now drag and drop your music and select the one you want to play in options. (Make sure it's in a .ogg format and you put it in mods/menuMusic)

• And even moreeeee... can you find it all? First person to do so gets a scooby snack.

She came back one last time because she came in a little early, she was just too excited to terrorize your homes. Unfortunately we couldn't meet the first goal but hopefully this time, with the game being out and more available to players all around — things will go more smoothly and she can finally have a proper home. I'm so happy to bring you this opportunity and thank you CrafiftyX for making it happen. Enough of the yapping, what can this silly latina do for you? She can:

• She'll talk to you about her adventures in Baddies. If you focus hard enough you can hear her speak to you. Some might say its "schizophrenia" but I like to call it additional fun!

• She'll fit right in with your other plushies. Be careful, don't let her stick around them for too long, she's known to make gangs and shit so keep it in moderation.

• For me, she's great around pets. My cats loves her... a little too much. But it's nice to know she can be a friend to your little furry one.

DEV NOTES:

This week was crazy as hell to get through. A lot has happened since the release of Week 1 and it was a lot for my tiny brain. Week 2 MAY be my last week I'm not entirely sure as of yet, keep in mind I'm just one guy carrying the entire visual and coding aspect of the game. So that's a lot of pressure for something so silly and stupid. Thanks to my lovely friends for helping with the music (Random, NovaVA, Nero and the rest). I couldn't have done it without them. Huge thanks to the Funkin' Team, they've created something so great that it made me wanna do this in the first place.
