Really cool and innovative mechanics. It was hard at first to get into it as the overall stakes of building the stories seem to be a bit elusive, but the aesthetics and the mechanic got me hooked up.
The art and sound design is also really nice.
The concept could definitely be expanded to a full game I think, you're onto something
Nice!
i cant wait to play
Here's some coverage on the game

looks ok, but also maybe a bit complex for a novel
i can see names to character making the game intresting but they could lead to confusion when you could have roles instead of names.
but +1
dind't make it to the end i believe
Definitely a cool concept! Well executed too! Good work :)
Observe the town from your window and use your mental blueprint to craft short stories in this visual novel with light puzzle elements.
By using your mental blueprint, you can change some elements of what you see by using scissors to cut and displace them and looking at objects.

Let me know if you encounter wild typos or game breaking bugs during your game session.
An #advjam2020 game made in 7 days. I scrapped my first game during the first half of the jam.
Blueprints is based on my other work: https://guimero64.itch.io/hyperlinks (only in french)
I was working on another game for the #advjam2020 before this one.
But the story was going nowhere, so I scrapped it and started Blueprints, three days ago instead.
I've been doing a lot of work on the graphics and UI. Tomorrow, I'll implement the story.
