What do you think?

Got style!
Looks awesome

Hopefully the whole hacker situation will get resolved, seems like it has been a problem for a while. Though tbh I wouldn't have found this game otherwise if it weren't for that XD

gotta love how i found this game through a hacker on discord, anyways i played the demo, very cool game honestly

your game is being used in a discord scam to distribute malware, here's the website link in case you can do anything about it. already reported to Google and don't download the file. https://carnagebeta.blogspot.com

New Year's surprise!

Yeah, it seems only yesterday I rebranded the game with a new title screen! Seems only fitting I follow up with it a year later with a BRAND NEW (and simpler) website!

You can check it out here if you want:

New Years update

Merry almost Christmas! I'm not going to have much time for game dev over Christmas/New Year's break, so it may be a while until my next update.

But after that, I have a lot of cool stuff planned for 2021 - not least of which is Chapter 4. See you then!

Just a small update today. I fixed a bunch of (rather recent) bugs, and I redid the parallax backdrop for Chapter 2's cave level! It looks a lot more 3D now. Plus, it now features lighting effects to improve the ambiance.

Happy post-Thanksgiving! Now back to work.

I started working on a new character for Chapter 4N, but then I got sidetracked working on something newer and shinier: the message box BG!

The new one has been redesigned to fit the game's current look and feel:

A new enemy approaches... this brute is going to give you a lot of grief, come Chapter 4.

Hard mode just got even harder! The acid cores from Chapter 2 learned a new trick - but what's this? Looks like Nightmare's picked up a new damage-boosting trick of his own...

I added a new visual effect for hot, desert areas like the hub spaceport! Hopefully this should help convey a sense of both atmosphere and depth in places like this.

Interior of the Silencer.

I also included its flying animation for comparison.

Ship scale is hard. Drawing backgrounds is hard (for me). But I'm still (reasonably) proud with how this one turned out.

What is this? There is someone behind the counter at the gun shop! How novel!

And what's more, she's very opinionated about guns!

P.S. Why is drawing people so hard?
