What do you think?

It's certainly experimental but quite the good library regardless.

SUMMARY

FrostJolt for GameMaker is a library of Functions, Scripts, Guides and Tools designed to help you set up Game Jolt's Game API with GameMaker.

At the time of writing this, this library contains things for the following:
Users
Trophies
Data-stores
Sessions
Scoreboards

But more features are coming! This library is actively being updated!

FrostJolt has been tested only on Windows. If you would like to help me test FrostJolt on other platform such as macOS or Linux, shoot me a Direct Message on Discord or Game Jolt!

FrostJolt is also Open Source on GitHub! You can check that out here.

DOCUMENTATION

The Documentation for FrostJolt comes with the library. Look for the nte_fjdocs file!

The GitHub mentioned above also has a Wiki where all of the stuff regarding the library is Documented! You can check that out here.

INSTALLATION

To install FrostJolt, simply drag and drop the .yymps file into GameMaker and it will Open a Prompt Asking you to select which files to import. Import all of the files into your GM Project.

Alternatively, if drag and dropping doesnt work, Go to Tools > Import Local Package > Find the .yymps file in your Downloads and Select it, which will also open the prompt.

all-ages

Haven't posted much here, but that's cause I've been both ill and distracted with other projects as well as studies and stuff. HOWEVER I do have an article below for changes coming in a future update:

Been a while, eh? Anyways, just making a dev-log post to mention that Response Logging in the Output Console has been improved! Now, instead of spewing loads of JSON, it will split the message and full response seperately like so. (refer to le image)

FrostJolt v0.5.0-alpha is now published! Full Changelog is Below:

FrostJolt v0.4.0 is now published! Full Changelog is Below:

An update on the state of FrostJolt at the moment: I am working on v0.4.0 as I'm writing this, but due to IRL issues it will take longer to publish. I'll attach an article detailing some of the changes to come in v0.4.0.
