Nice limited shooter game!
I don't like that C is assigned for jumping, made it hard for me to get used to
I'm really glad player is only required to reach level 8 otherwise it would be boring. There wasn't any new enemies after large T enemies appeared and I had to endure my boredom until king slime appears. After he appeared, my boredom was cured :)
Couple suggestions:
Add more enemies such as static enemies. These enemies will force player to get close to them or at least be in same screen
Add option to skip intro. If you don't want player to skip intro and miss the credits, just set trophy which can be gained by watching intro from beginning to end. That will inspire players to watch the intro and credits
Alter the weather as player's level progresses. At least changing from day to night and to day is good enough to give variation

This game is quite enjoyable!
Just Game - ordinary test game on HTML5. The plot tells the story of a soldier who crashed on a planet infested by aliens . Waiting for help , he had to fight against these aliens.
Gameplay is divided into two tasks :
1 ) Upgrade the 8 level
2 ) Kill the boss
Сontrol keys:
A/ S - fire left / right
Left / Right - walking left / right
С - Jump
R - Pause
P.S. This game is a technical demo of my work.
The game "Stifler" will be created on this basis.
