This game is great. But have and errors. Prototype made in 2000. Sega Mega Drive discountiued in 1998. How made prototype in 2000? Sega Mega Drive pirate fake?
In 2013 a game titled "SONIC" was uploaded on a forum with SEGA Dreamcast homebrews that was taken down 2 years later. The ROM was an unfinished collection of Sonic the hedgehog games from Mega Drive and had some glitches and other unfinished stuff, like bad physics without classic Sonic elements, no spindash, etc.
The ROM was removed from the forum on the next week because of a malware hidden inside, but several users managed to grab it in time, and one of them made safe version of it and uploaded it there.
