Runes of the World

Runes of the World - is a game about three characters, who find themselves in an unknown world.

All three of them are from an organization dedicated to protecting worlds, named "Interworld Safety Initiative".

However, at the moment, they are unable to travel between worlds due to the lack of necessary equipment, and they must find a way to escape from this world.

~ MAIN CHARACTERS ~

PmAt

~ Backstory ~

PmAt is the founder of the Interworld Safety Initiative. In his world, he lives in a citadel.

One day, as he prepared to assist Tarhun and DD in fighting another world-threatening crisis, the citadel’s shield generators suddenly turned off.

Intrigued, PmAt went to the generator room to investigate. There, he found a portal in the center of the room. As he stepped closer, he was electrocuted from behind. Before he could turn and confront the attacker, he was pushed into the portal.

Tarhun

~ Backstory ~

Tarhun is the second member of the Interworld Safety Initiative and works closely with PmAt.

During a mission with DD, he discovered his scissors—which allowed him to teleport between worlds—were missing. Just as he was about to regroup with DD, he noticed a strange portal in the distance.

Suspicious, Tarhun began to walk away, but a hand suddenly shot out of the portal, grabbed him, and dragged him inside.

DD

~ Backstory ~

DD_OneZero is the third member of the Interworld Safety Initiative.

While on a mission with Tarhun, they split up. After completing his task—freeing hostages and sending them home—DD sensed Tarhun’s signal had vanished. Alarmed, he traced the energy to a mysterious portal.

Before he could retreat, an invisible force immobilized him. A portal then opened above him, and a powerful wind pulled him inside.
