The Brightest Neon - Semitone Resonance

In a world that's slowly being taken over by this mysterious thing...
At the center of this conflict stands Doctor Neon, a woman trying to apply the laws of science to a world that has begun to live by the laws of insane art.
Two opposing worlds of thought have collided. Pragmatism and Aesthetics.
Who will win, who will gain the upper hand?
And who will brighten up the world and bring this symphony to a close?
But the real battle awaits her not in environment but in the depths of Her own thoughts.

Semitone Resonance is a dark sci-fi visual novel that actually takes you through several genres, from psychological thriller and noir to space opera and mystical horror.
This story is all about the characters growing and the tragic things that happen to them. Every step you take is another layer in, and it's all about the people in the game, who they are and what makes them tick.
There's a demo version that includes the first Three chapters, so you can try it out. Any help you could give with developing the full version of the game would be much appreciated!

Dr. Neon
A brilliant astrophysicist whose obsession with her work has always been her only refuge from the noise of the outside world.
When betrayal destroys her life, she finds herself in an underground world of anomalous phenomena and people who call themselves “doctors.”
Haunted by ghosts of a past she cannot remember, Neon must understand why she is so drawn to the stars, the silence of the space and a strange feeling lurks in her own soul.

Absolute Sound
Rumors are spreading throughout the shelter-city about a haunting melody that drifts from the hazy districts. Those who listen to it for too long lose themselves, becoming part of this monstrous symphony.
A mysterious figure known only as Absolute Sound stands at the center of this musical madness. Driven by unknown motives, she seems to be seeking something or someone that was lost long ago. To her, the whole world is just an orchestra, and she is its one and only orchestrator.

Will you find out why two of what's considered as the most dissonant have actually resonated?
