This game features:
Skins of obscure and unused characters from the saga.
Returning gameplay mechanics (along with the office and flashlight from the canceled fourth game) while also taking a unique spin.
All of the soundtrack hails from Sounds of Six Horrors.
Reused scrapped content from the Six Horrors media, such as the monitor display is based on the 2020 Six Horrors Remake.
Animated animatronics seen within the cameras.
