Yunno, i think i know what'll change the optimization forever.

i've tried using upscaling method from the vhs effect, and it gave approx. 107 fps with 8x MSAA, but camera system became useless mainly because you couldn't see cameras, so i've stuck with 60 fps on rtx 3050 and poor optimisation :p

I'm thinking of adding this vhs effect everywhere in the game cuz it's gonna optimize the hell out of the game and will add some cool style

Applied occlusion culling. Now i can run 2 instances at once and recording video using OBS and still getting 80-90 fps

So i basicly just put folder assets into empty project with urp instead of hdrp. HDRP (main) version is still present

(upd: fixed SOO much in the main version + urp and default renderer sucks)
