TurtleRun is a platformer game, with some very interesting new features. The gravitation can be changed into all four directions, your weapon can be used for recoil jumping and savepoints can be set by the player anywhere in the game. All these features - together with the normal platformer stuff - create a completely new game feeling. Have fun :)
Main features
Gravitation changer:
There are several gravitation changer in the game, which can all change gravity in a different way.
Recoil jumping
The player can catapult itself in one chosen direction by firing the weapon. The weapon can be fired anywhere, so it's also possible to change your trajectory with the help of the weapon recoil.
Setting savepoints manually
The player can set anywhere in the level (e. q. after a difficult part) a savepoint manually and can later return to this point, if he dies. Of course the amount of savepoints is limited, so you have to decide, where you want to set your savepoints.
Ravens
Of course there are also enemies in TurtleRun: Ravens. They can carry cannonballs and can throw them on the player. So either you can try to run away from them or you stop them with one good shot.
Online highscore
The total score will be calculated from many different factors. The lesser you died, the more crystals you have collected, the faster you were, the more raven you have killed, the lesser shots you have needed, the lesser savepoints you have used and according to your chosen difficulty, the more points you will get. So you need to find your own strategy to reach with your style the highest score.
