Very nice. I didn't experience an "ending", which is a nice touch. After getting both green squares, I actually went all the way back up to the top again just to check. The game left in that special state of doubt.
Do you know what the top speed was? Consider implementing a leaderboard!
LOL! I got only to the part where it says "Press only UP to wall jump farther". Then rage quit after dying a countless number of times. :)

There's no restart button. You can't turn off the sound.
