This is gonna take a while... like any good game should! 
UNDERTALE CYAN is a fangame prequel to the hit indie game; UNDERTALE!
It focuses on one of the souls, used to complete king asgore's plans to free monsterkind onto the surface. More specifically, on the Cyan soul; who's assumed representing trait is Patience! You'll be able to explore her view of the underground, and help her reach the end with multiple endings and possibilities. Maybe you'll even make some friends! Or worse, enemies..?
Storyline:
The basic storyline fouses on the Cyan soul; Belle, going off-track in the ruins of the original game, to explore a much more unique and quirky road, seeing the crevices and unseen parts of the cavern from the original game.

(That's probably all of the important ones, haha!)
(1) - Basically there's a seperate tab in the overworld menu for the equippable items; armors, weapons etc.
(2) - So far, we only plan on doing the Orange soul mode.
(3) - a new minigame type of thing for when you press fight in the original game, this time, it's not a line on a weird map, but a disc!
