BIG REVAMP to the Outlands lower level! (read the article for more details, contains area 1 spoilers)


I've updated the Napstablook DJ cutscene and put the audience in more sensical positions. This took absolutely FOREVER even with the specialized tool I made JUST to do it. It takes time to position things nicely. Believe me.

Also, I have removed the two party guards from the game as I feel they didn't fit with the usual Undertale monster aesthetic, and I removed the tall exclamation point NPC for the same reason. Everyone else is still there, though.

I have ADDED/REPLACED the text for the colored doors in the housing wing. The BIG problem with some of them was... they sounded stupid. So i fixed that. I worked a little harder to make sure the dialogue makes sense and feels unique.

One last thing, there is no more direct Star Trek reference with "parrises squares" as that wasn't even meant to be in there in the first place- oh and McKinley is no longer the canon name of that one monster. Okay that's all!

And now, the other character's facial expressions are done as well! All characters now have walk sprites, dialogue sounds, and facial expressions, which means I can freely write the rest of the next demo dialogue.

MORE dialogue sprites, this time for a previously mentioned goober. I still won't spoil anything, but they're used as Petrichor's app icon for a very good reason. This character now has the most dialogue sprites of any in the game! (26 total)

20/37 redleaf rooms decorated, dialogue and story improvements for the 2nd demo, and a simple change that I think gives the game a lot more FEELING
