Hey all!
Here’s a coldfix for you guys. Expected this one to come out sooner, but ran out of time, so it’s a little later than expected…
Either way, here’s the changelog:
When turn-based begins, pieces will now use their realtime timer progress to determine how many steps they may move on that turn
Reopened scenarios for people to play
When spawning a piece in turn-based, you can no longer move it right away
Made the AI look less stupid in combat. It still is; Just looks less stupid now.
Added a new menu under controls for future control settings
Slight adjustments to fog colouring
Toggling of build menu can now be controlled with a setting
Fixed an issue where setting check was impossible
Fixed an issue where, on placing check, enemy pieces wouldn’t disable their timers
Fixed an issue where you could move a piece once more after it piece was out of moves
Fixed an issue where the tooltips text overlapped with the tutorial text
Fixed all scenarios to work with the new combat format
Fixed an issue where the AI would not move pieces as much as was possible
Fixed an issue where the enemy king wouldn’t move when in check, leading to instant victory
Fixed an issue with the turn-based tutorial where you couldn’t check the king
Fixed all tutorials to be playable with the new combat format
Fixed an issue where turn-based wouldn’t start again in specific situations
Fixed an issue where the path display wouldn’t display properly in realtime
Fixed an issue where the AI wouldn’t put you in check, but instead hang the game
Fixed an issue where, after the AI would put your in check, it would sometimes “un-check” you
Fixed an issue where, after going back a turn in scenario mode, none of the pieces would be moveable
Fixed an issue where the legal moves were calculated incorrectly
Have a great day and catch y’all later!
