Hello everybody!
This is the very first devlog of Deadly Seconds, where I'll share the progress that was made throughout the week.
Logo change
In case you haven't noticed it yet, I've slightly changed the logo, since some people were reading it as "Daddy Seconds". Not a big deal. Anyways....
New tileset variations
Right now, I'm working on making new tilesets and sprite variations for each room type.
I've only made the floor sprites for now, but all the other props will have different sprites, as well as having different stats and effects.
Tileset system for props
As you may or may not have noticed from the screenshots, the barriers and the water sprites weren't connected to each others like tilesets.
Well, now that I've coded this system, you'll now be able to look at these much nicer and connected sprites.
New track - Gun em' down
Recently, I've finished composing a new track for the game.
This one will play at the beginning of every run, before the player has killed any of the bosses.
