Yes, this screen is based off of the salvage room from FFPS, but I promise you that the actual game will be original. This is just a room where you listen to cassette tapes and observe Sammy's reaction. This is just to make sure he's working properly.

Then & Now
I'm going to make a few more scratch games before I move to professional game development and begin the main Recursive canon games.
Gameplay so far. Most of what I need to add is visual, as you can see, but development is going well. This was recorded in 20/20/20/20/0 mode, FYI, which is why it's so chaotic.
I haven't gotten much done yet, but I love what I currently have. Normally there are 3 stages before Sammy will jumpscare you, but there's a small chance he will before then, which is what happened in my first time playing.
Started working on the cameras, but I haven't actually added any yet.
Experimenting with ambience. Tell me what you think.
Every (active) animatronic planned for the game
This a cool setup?
This is what the inside of Rust may have looked like. I just thought seeing the inside would be pretty cool, and I don't know about you, but I'd say it turned out well.
I got bored so I spent three hours condensing the Rellick Legacy into one drawing.
