I was inspired by @Anfuncanny to add a Fountain to the game,please go check out their super cute pixel art!!

I think I'm going to give it the same function as I had for Wells in my other game;Perpetuus Redux (one day I'll release that updated version...)


You can drop in an amount of money with the chance of getting nothing, less, or more back.

I'd add the Fountain features from it too, but there's no reason to [Clean Weapon] or [Wash Armour].

Oh, and you can fill your Watering Can and Empty Bottles at it too.

Will try think of some other uses.

Not sure if I'm going to let you build Fountains, build only 1, or if it will be part of the ruins that are always spawned on the Island.

Hmm. Attack movement (for spells) set attacks to use if runSysTimer mod 10 == 0, instead of the if alreadyHit == false, to run the collision code.

Seems to work I should probably experiment to see how infrequent I can be with the trigger.

Huzzah! I now have AoE attacks!

I've swapped to having Magic Staffs instead of having to hold a second button to use Magic.

I'll see what else I can come up with but this fixes the keyboard ghosting issue for now.

Ok! Footprint particles are all working again! Prioritises snow over the ground types. I should add a decay timer in case you stand still too long

Hmm, trying particles with my magic system. I don't think they really work with the Static Shocks spell.

Also adding a lighting effect, but it doesn't apply to the particles.

I tried, but the offset isn't updated Hmm.

I THINK that's all fixed and working? Gained loads of FPS back.

I thought I'd need to remove another nested for loop, but since Ground Surface is only done once I don't.

Only issue is I've lost the dust cloud when adding Paving.
