Important Poll: Anniversary Related Bonus Content

Quick disclaimer: The outcome of this poll will ultimately decide on how CE fares and/or my motivation through July. Can't quite guarantee any of these will happen by the anniversary.

-----

So while I wait on feedback for/work on fixing CE, I suppose I should figure out what you all would like for FNAF's 10 Anniversary that's coming up real fast.

(And also sort of count as a belated reward for the 2K milestone that I really didn't do anything specific for at the time.)

-----

Option 1: Time Warp

Non-spoiler explanation-

For this one, we'd just pretend that Update 2 came and went, and I pull in a few characters in that technically could still make a proper appearance in Classic Edition.

Spoiler explanation-

Circus Baby, Funtime Freddy, Ballora and Funtime Foxy become hard-to-obtain playable characters. I might also add in Ennard if there's time/energy.

Option 2: More Flipside Costumes

For this, I'd temporarily un-retire from model porting and for sure get the remaining FNAF 2 roster their Flispide costumes. (Those being Toy Bonnie, Toy Chica, Withered Bonnie and Withered Chica.)

If there's still time and energy, I'd also try and hit up Plushtrap/Endoplush.

Option 3: Movie Crossover

Not quite sure if I'd lean into this set being unlockable characters or just costumes. In either case, they'd all directly homage their appearance in last year's film.

Option 4: A Redesign Sampler

If this wins out, I would take what assets I have for the redesign and actually form together one of the four currently absent minigames as a standalone release.

Light spoilers: it would pretty much be Foxy.exe

-----

That's about it for now. Some fixes are in the works, hopefully will go live in the coming week or so.

'Till next time!

Next up

So, Plan B: The remainder of tonight will run V1 of a solo OCN mode, with an updated version coming tomorrow during the end of the con.

(And a further refined public release of this later on. If there's interest.)

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Figured it out.

Turns out what the game actually needed was for me to take a proper break from development and enough time to realize what I had broken.

(It was the values tied to IDing what foe it'd be.)

It'll likely need more testing, but we're back in buisiness!

New project is having a fun, early outing.

It's been a long time coming...

Save file stuff (sidequests, maps and "autosaving") might currently be a troublesome mess, but at least development on OCN is going pretty smooth.

Not quite the fix I've been talking about for the past few weeks, but it's at least progress.

How about we change things up?
