Important Poll: Flipside Fredbear!

(Also a mini update on things.)

Hey, all!

So as a quick little rundown for those who haven't been keeping up, I will be pushing for this still-in-development build to be the last big one for the foreseeable future.

Aside from doing some proper testing to ensure the even more updated Challenger battles work as intended, I'm also gonna try and cram in as many Flipside costumes as I can pull off with what I've got on hand.

(To let everyone down easy, I will be omitting the Nightmares from this batch.)

That brings us to the main subject of this poll: I actually have a few avenues I can go with Fredbear, but I'm a bit unsure which way to take it.

So, poll time!

Option 1: UCN Fredbear

Based directly off his UCN appearance, and about as accurate as you can get with my set of models.

---

Option 2: Springlock Fredbear (Version 2)

A design based off an older work of mine, which obviously takes major design cues from elements shown in FNAF 2-4.

If this option does win out, I'd also have a (slightly uglier) Spring Bonnie to pair him up with!

---

Option 3: The Comeback (Remastered Springlock Fredbear)

Yeah, I might actually go there. This right here was the original Springlock Fredbear design I cobbled together. For a time it may have been the one thing I was best known for.

(For better or worse.)

Premise for this option is that I'd give this design the proper "Remastered" treatment, pulling and editing parts from both Withered Freddy and Springtrap to make it work.

It would obviously require a bit more development time to pull this off if this option wins out.

---

Option 4: None of the above / Other (JUSTICE4BREADBEAR)

Leaving this option for those in the other design camps who are unwilling to take my compromises or the single design Scott gave us. Would probably mean Fredbear would have to go without a Flipside costume while I figure out what to do with him, but it'd be something.

---

That's about it for now. Still got my hands full, and I want to make the most of my drive while it's alive and kicking. RXQ isn't gonna animate his glitchy attack frames, after all!

'Till next time!

Next up

New look, new direction.

So, Plan B: The remainder of tonight will run V1 of a solo OCN mode, with an updated version coming tomorrow during the end of the con.

(And a further refined public release of this later on. If there's interest.)

Not quite the fix I've been talking about for the past few weeks, but it's at least progress.

Pretty safe to say that Possy will be increasing the price of costumes to compensate for this recent development.

Turns out what the game actually needed was for me to take a proper break from development and enough time to realize what I had broken.

(It was the values tied to IDing what foe it'd be.)

It'll likely need more testing, but we're back in buisiness!

It's been a long time coming...

Still have to address a few tweaks to layering and test some other sidequests, but I think that we're back on track again.

How about we change things up?

I might be having too much fun with this process...
