Important Poll: Overworld Map Update Followup²

Just a quick poll to sort out some final details regarding the map's development.

(Also gonna mark the explanation as spoilers for anyone who has somehow not played far enough into either XL or the original FNAF World.)

So when playing in Normal (or Easy) mode, most everyone probably recalls that you never actually go anywhere once you get to the tent past Security. You get some vague text telling you that you are done and the game ends. This leaves a bit of a conundrum regarding the still-being-implemented hidden areas of the map. Should this area be revealed if the player can't actually reach it, or do I throw completionists a bone?

---

Option 1: Areas inaccessible in Easy and Normal mode will remain hidden, regardless of what is completed

Option 2: Areas inaccessible in Easy and Normal mode will be revealed upon getting the standard ending

Option 3: Areas inaccessible in Easy and Normal mode will only be unveiled when completing the "Update 2" ending

---

Also as an update on things, I have been chipping away at some fixes for V5 of the test build. I am kind of burnt out on some "fixes" though, so one bit of character dialogue will be removed.

Though given it involves fighting for Update 2 characters, I get the feeling people probably won't care to know why an animatronic Oscar wants to fight them.

Might have it ready soon. idk.

Save file stuff (sidequests, maps and "autosaving") might currently be a troublesome mess, but at least development on OCN is going pretty smooth.

Still deciding if it's worth committing to a full rebuild, but I at least figured out a better way to handle the party swapping mechanic.

Suppose it's rude to come back doing polls without showing some sort of progress for it.

First signs of danger.

New look, new direction.

While I chip away at the code for XL, I might as well show off the fruits of another thing I had tinkered with: modding custom music into Bionicle Heroes.

Suppose it was about time that some of these skills got a little extra kick.

How about we change things up?

Turns out what the game actually needed was for me to take a proper break from development and enough time to realize what I had broken.

(It was the values tied to IDing what foe it'd be.)

It'll likely need more testing, but we're back in buisiness!

So, Plan B: The remainder of tonight will run V1 of a solo OCN mode, with an updated version coming tomorrow during the end of the con.

(And a further refined public release of this later on. If there's interest.)
